This page should not be speedy deleted as an attack or a negative unsourced biography of a living person, because, if the article is correct, the subject is not a living person any more. --[[User:Robert McClenon|Robert McClenon]] ([[User talk:Robert McClenon|talk]]) 01:11, 9 May 2017 (UTC) |

Needs update on criminal info
[edit]At least 4 of the fraternity members have been found guilty and have been sentenced. Three of them, twenty-one-year-olds Luke Visser, Michael Bonatucci, and Joseph Sala aren't even listed in the article as being among the persons charged. The fourth, Joshua Kurczewski, also 21 received a sentence of up to nine months. Don't know what has happened to the many others.

Egregious POV-pushing
[edit]This paragraph:
After the preliminary hearings, a number of defense attorneys colluded against former District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller.[19] Frank Fina, disgraced attorney who sabotaged the career of Kathleen Kane, led the attack against Parks Miller.[20] Notable dissidents against Parks Miller include Joseph L. Amendola and Matthew McClenahen. On February 8, 2019, Parks Miller received a law license suspension of one year and one day.[21] Parks Miller was defended by Bruce Castor throughout the trial.[22]
needs some serious cleanup. Specifically, "colluded," "disgraced," "sabotage," and "attack" clearly violate NPOV.
The first sentence is unsupported by the provided source ( https://onwardstate.com/2017/05/15/centre-county-da-race-muddled-with-sexist-attack-mailers/ ). The second sentence's assertion that Fina was behind the investigation into Parks Miller is unsupported by the provided source ( https://www.timesherald.com/news/prosecutor-kathleen-kane-on-a-mission-of-revenge/article_a851313f-d032-55ea-bd26-77c54ad79d06.html ). The third sentence is unsupported by the provided source ( https://www.lockhaven.com/news/local-news/2019/02/former-da-parks-millers-law-license-suspended/ ).
As supported by the sources, the paragraph should read
On February 8, 2019, Parks Miller received a law license suspension of one year and one day for communicating improperly with judges and defense attorneys.[21] Parks Miller was defended by Bruce Castor throughout her trial.[22]
I'm not convinced that this is actually relevant to the article, but I'll be leaving it for now. -Waidawut (talk) 19:29, 9 September 2021 (UTC)
