Title
[edit]Shouldn't the title read 'Stroller (pony)', as the first sentence of the entry says that he's the only pony to compete at the Olympics, and he was competing against horses? The Old Trout (talk) 19:27, 29 May 2011 (UTC)
- Ponies are horses, species-wise. Though Stroller was under 14.2 hands, he was barely under and had a horse phenotype. There's a significant discussion over the difference between a horse and a pony (see pony for the broad outline of the debate) and given that there are relatively few famous ponies compared to famous horses, the use of (horse) is a standardized disambiguation for all the named animal articles on equus caballus.
