Request reason:

I understand it was wrong to delete admin remarks on drafted articles. I was frustrated that every time I make edits it get rejected. I understand that its wrong to make alternative accounts to be able to edit. I would like to work with admins to contribute valuable input to wikipedia. Please unblock me so I can try again to contribute something valuable

You need to prove that you can follow our rules. You've already expressed your contempt for them by ignoring our attempts to enforce them. One way you can do that is the standard offer. That requires you to go six months without logged-out block evasion or creating sock puppets. You should edit another Wikimedia project, too, to show us that you can follow their rules.
