Suddenly I stopped, unable to breathe. As the image flew overhead, I could see the smooth blue feathers, the arced, pointed wings, and the jet-black head of a peregrine falcon. [...] I had been taken full circle. I was watching a wild peregrine falcon flying freely in a field—outside my own front door.

More about me

Hello, and welcome to my user page.

I'm Mz7, and I am a volunteer editor at Wikipedia. I made my first edits to Wikipedia in 2008 as an anonymous user. I created an account in March 2010, but I really only started actively editing in late 2011. Most of my work here is behind-the-scenes:

I have three alternative user accounts: User:Mz7 (alt), which I use on non-personal or otherwise insecure computers; User:Mz7 (test account), which I use to see how Wikipedia looks to new users; and User:Mz7 (bot), which I am currently using to update the case table you see at WP:SPI.

Articles I have significantly contributed to:

Wikipedia essays I've written:

On 11 June 2016, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Hydraulic Press Channel, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that when the Hydraulic Press Channel, a YouTube channel, broadcast the folding of a piece of paper seven times using a hydraulic press, the paper exploded? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Hydraulic Press Channel. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Hydraulic Press Channel), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. The fact was ... that during wrestling at the 2016 Summer Olympics, coaches threw plush dolls of Vinicius, the Olympic mascot, into the ring (pictured) if they wished to challenge a referee's call? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Vinicius and Tom. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Vinicius and Tom), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. On 16 September 2020, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article McIntyre v. Ohio Elections Commission, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. *opens up visor* Hey there. *removes helmet* Sorry, I need to wear this thick, heavy suit for protection when the vandals start attacking us. Anyways, thanks for your barnstar! I am usually on every day, but today I was particularly driven to stay on as ClueBot NG was down earlier. It's down a lot recently, don't you think? School got in the way, but as soon as I had some Internet access that was fast enough, I was fighting vandalism using Twinkle, Huggle, and STiki. Now that the bot is back up, I can hopefully get out of this suit. *unzips zipper* Anyways, I think I'll repay a barnstar with a barnstar, so here it is! Have a great day! ...now if you can give me a hand with this heavy suit... K6ka (talk | contribs) 21:55, 3 March 2014 (UTC)
