== Edit request: Current stance on LGBT community ==

Even though Radke's Wikipedia entry mentions his gained acceptance towards the LGBT community, it does not allude to his recurring transphobic remarks that have made the headlines since 2022. In particular, his hostile comments towards trans personality Dylan Mulvaney led to the suspension of his TikTok account amid the 2023 Bud Light boycott.

It is not appropriate to only refer to his self-reported tolerance of the LGBT community when he has since made numerous condescending remarks towards trans people. One of those being his understanding of “powers that be” wanting to make it so “a man isn’t a man and a women [sic] isn’t a woman anymore.”

I therefore propose an addition to this section. Please feel free to take a look at some further sources:

I don't see where the article "mentions his gained acceptance towards the LGBT community". The whole matter should surely be addressed in the article, including the issues you raised, albeit in a neutral manner, low on buzzwords. And this includes the following passage (wrongly placed in "personal life"), which I hereby move here:

Radke has openly denounced religion due to its treatment of [[LGBT]] people, saying he felt bitter and found hypocrisy in that Christianity was initially discriminatory against gay people but became accepting of them later on.<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.theprp.com/2015/09/18/news/falling-in-reverses-ronnie-radke-fuck-religion/|title=Falling In Reverse's Ronnie Radke: "Fuck Religion"|website=The PRP|date=September 18, 2015|access-date=January 7, 2016}}</ref>

Not only should this be integrated in a comprehensive picture - it is unclear what exactly RR is mad about - the "intial" or the later "stance" - hypocrisy doesn't fit either.

FEUDS

[edit]

This article should include Radke's rivalries that he has had through his career. Such as Oliver Sykes of Bring Me The Horizon, Lorenzo the Main Event, and I See Stars. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.249.201.165 (talk) 03:28, 28 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I am unaware of these feuds, do you have any reliable sources to back these up? I'm only aware of him attacking Oli Sykes due to a graphics design of one of his shirts, but what off the others? - SilentDan297 talk 09:37, 28 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

As soon as I find reliable links I will let you know mate. But you should also check out the rap song he made to diss I See Stars. It was titled "I Wash Cars". Cheers.

Zuagery removals

I agree with the removals this editor has done. This article has excessive images, many unsourced statements, and other issues. One of the album he removed under Collaborations for example is not an actual album. -- ferret (talk) 16:51, 23 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Murder trial

[edit]

Radke was convicted in a connection with a murder (which he was later found innocent) in 2012. Shouldn't there be some coverage about it? I'm not an expert on him, but this is definitely something important to include. --GouramiWatcher (Questions?) 03:12, 21 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

So under the "Early Life" section it lists a couple of songs that he had supposedly written when he was 15 and it lists a song that as far as I can tell, it doesn't even exists. If not, then I believe it should be removed from the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.139.153.109 (talk) 03:00, 26 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Genres

[edit]

Genres in this article should summarize Radke's career. That said, which genres to include must cite reliable sources and/or follow a consensus established here. As there is no consensus here and there are no sources currently cited, I have temporarily restored the genre list that had been stable. I'll take a look and see what the usual sources have to say. - SummerPhDv2.0 14:28, 2 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Allmusic: No individual listing. Feed from Amazon uses the lump category Pop/Rock.
  • MTV has no page for him individually.
  • Rolling Stone has one .brief article about him. No genres mentioned.
  • Alternative Press has plenty of articles about individual events, court dates and such, but no bio page or article.
  • Kerrang and Blabbermouth are similarly silent. - SummerPhDv2.0 15:07, 2 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
