- Delete. County council is not a level of government that guarantees "inherent" notability per WP:NPOL — the notability test for a county councillor is not "she exists", but "her work on the county council has been externally analyzed by reliable sources to a depth and degree that would make her a special case of significantly greater notability than the norm for county councillors". But that's not what's being shown here, as the article is just written like a résumé, says nothing to suggest any reason why anybody outside of Lancashire needs to know about her, and is based almost entirely on primary sources rather than WP:GNG-building coverage.
