Keeping this in mind he donated a four storied building to the Archdiocese of Calcutta. In May 1991, with the invitation of Archbishop Emeritus Henry D'Souza, then Archbishop of Calcutta, the Sisters of Little Flower of Bethany came to oversee the school. In June 1991, Meghmala Roy Education Centre was officially inaugurated, and Sr. Hildegard BS, became the first Headmistress. As per the wish of Shri Biren Roy, the school was named after his wife.
