[edit]Mkuwe Isale was born on November 12, 1989, in Tabora, Tanzania, into the Fundikira family of the Nyamwezi chiefdom.[7][8]
She began her formal education at Isike Primary School and later attended Kazima Secondary School. Driven by her passion for communication and storytelling, she pursued a higher education in journalism, earning an Advanced Diploma from the Royal College of Journalism. This academic background laid the foundation for her career in media and beyond.[9]

[edit]On December 30, 2022, Mamy Baby married Dr. Hassan Abbas, the former Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Information, Culture, Arts and Sports in Tanzania.[10][11][12] Dr. Hassan Abbas currently serves as the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism in Tanzania.[13][14][15]
