== pharyngitis in budd-chiari syndrome pt.........??? ==

hi this is dr naveed from karachi pakistan.
i came across a pt aged 20,with this deadly diseas,she is suffering from pharyngitis right now and i have perscribed her a erythromicin,a cough syrup and a anti pyretics.
can any body inform what precaution should i take while prescribing any medcine to her.
she is now controlled with no ascites.she had a history of heamatemesis for which gastric banding was performed.
waiting for the response.
