i came across a pt aged 20,with this deadly diseas,she is suffering from pharyngitis right now and i have perscribed her a erythromicin,a cough syrup and a anti pyretics. |

can any body inform what precaution should i take while prescribing any medcine to her. |
|||
she is now controlled with no ascites.she had a history of heamatemesis for which gastric banding was performed. |
