Leigh Lezark is one-third of the New York City based DJ trio, The Misshapes. Alongside Geordon Nicol and Greg K, Leigh and The Misshapes have become New York style icons, known for their ability to fuse fashion, music, art, and photography in their own distinctive style.{{fact}}

Lezark was born and raised in New Jersey. She moved to New York City to attend [[Hunter_College|Hunter College]] and two weeks after beginning school met Geordon and Greg K. They started The Misshapes. The DJ trio toured the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. They have also served as supporting DJs for some of music’s biggest stars, including [[Courtney Love]], [[The Killers]], [[Debbie Harry]] and [[Bloc Party.]]

Her style has also inspired many in the fashion and art industries. With Georgdon and Greg K, Leigh has produced compilations and runway music for [[Chanel]], [[Calvin Klein]], [[House of Holland]], [[Visionaire]], [[L.A.M.B.]], [[Cynthia Rowley]], [[Teen Vogue]], [[Tory Burch]], [[Moët et Chandon]], The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, and Sotheby’s.

Lezark has been featured on the covers and inside pages of magazines such as, Mixte, City, Crash, BPM, Vogue (Turkish, American, French, Australian), Self Service, V, Nylon, New York Magazine, and Vanity Fair.
Leigh walked the runway for Henry Holland during London Fashion Week. She has appeared in advertising campaigns for the Gap and for [[Roberto Cavalli]] for H&M, alongside [[Jessica Stam]] and Lydia Hearst. She can currently be seen in the ads for Hogan. The Misshapes also were photographed by [[Helena Christensen]] in ads for the ONE Campaign, which works to end world poverty and fight global AIDS.

Currently based in NYC, Leigh and The Misshapes continue to DJ around the world.
