The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. As to the edit that was removed, may I submit documentation to support the edit? I did not want to link to a copy of the lawsuit, as it contains the home address of Aubrey O'day, and I would not want to fuel any stalker type behavior. |

Hello Logical Fuzz! This message is to inform you that due to editing inactivity, your access to AutoWikiBrowser may be temporarily removed. If you do not resume editing within the next week, your username will be removed from the CheckPage. This is purely for routine maintenance and is not indicative of wrongdoing on your part. You may regain access at any time by simply requesting it at WP:PERM/AWB. :You can change your username in one several ways. Since you have very few edits, you can easily just register a new account (and not use this one). This is probably the preferred method, but let me note again that you must abandon the Agente Inc account. Otherwise you can get into trouble for using 2 accounts (sock puppetry). Alternatively, you can apply for a name change here: Wikipedia:Changing username. |
|||
:Regarding "required documentation", Wikipedia is based on verifiability. It is not enough for something to be "known to be true", it must be verifiable in a reliable source. So, for example, a private internal document from a company cannot be used as a source. I really know nothing about quoting lawsuits, so I searched the archives for the reliable source noticeboard and came up with this discussion: It seems, though, that it was never really resolved. If you have further questions about it, you'd be best to post a new topic at reliable source noticeboard, and link to the archive discussion. (If you need help with that, let me know.) The editors there have more knowledge of unusual sources and may be aware of other discussions/archives that may help you. Sorry I cannot be of more help. --Logical Fuzz (talk) 20:34, 21 February 2012 (UTC) |

:Thanks for your message on my talk page. Those links are great, but could you somehow incorporate them into your own comments? My own comments are up already and indeed someone has endorsed them. So I'd rather not change my initial statement, as it might then be confusing about who endorsed what when. |
|||
:You could put your own comments under Other attempts (since you have posted WP policy information on the editor's talk page), or under Users certifying the basis for this dispute. I would not worry about the format so much as just to get all the information out there for the community to see and comment on. [edit]Hello Logical Fuzz! This message is to inform you that due to editing inactivity, your access to AutoWikiBrowser may be temporarily removed. If you do not resume editing within the next week, your username will be removed from the CheckPage. This is purely for routine maintenance and is not indicative of wrongdoing on your part.
