==Non-free rationale for File:FireShot Screen Capture Quantcast HP.png== |

|
|||
Thanks for uploading or contributing to :File:FireShot Screen Capture Quantcast HP.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale. |
|||
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.<!-- Template:You can request undeletion --> If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Hi TineWiki, thank you for creating the article, ShopStyle, it's a good article, with enough reliable sources to prove notability. You put in your edit summary that you would like some feedback, so I'll try and give some. The references are good, there are enough there for an article of that size. But if you want to add any more though (you don't have to), look at the box on the right, which has links to search engines for sources for "ShopStyle". Notability seems to be proven too, with those references. It also seems to be neutral. I can't see any major flaws in it really, but a good page about writing articles is Your First Article (which you may have already read), and then once you've read that, maybe read Writing Better Articles? That's a more "advanced" look at writing articles on Wikipedia. There are also a few other guidance pages which may be of interest to you, see The Perfect Article and Article Development. Hopefully this has been good feedback, but if you need any more help, just leave a message on my talk page. Welcome!
[edit]Hello, TineWiki, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions, especially what you did for Dalston. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- Tutorial
- How to edit a page and How to develop articles
- How to create your first article (using the Article Wizard if you wish)
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place help me
before the question. Again, welcome!
I think, the following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Editing tutorial
- Picture tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Naming conventions
- Manual of Style
- Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia
- Respect copyrights – do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
- Maintain a neutral point of view – this is one of Wikipedia's core policies.
- Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person to any Wikipedia page and follow Wikipedia's Biography of Living Persons policy. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced with multiple reliable sources.
- No edit warring or sock puppetry.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, libel, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Deliberately adding such content or otherwise editing articles maliciously is considered vandalism; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing.
- Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Wikipedia is not a forum.
The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Hi, and thanks for your feedback. There is no fear to make mistakes. Everyone does that. I think you should visit WP:Tutorial, and the pages listed at the welcome message. I hope they will help you. :)

[edit]Thanks for uploading File:FireShot Screen Capture Quantcast HP.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

Non-free rationale for File:FireShot Screen Capture Quantcast HP.png

I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable.
