Reynolds co-founded the [[Sup Pop]] records band "The Blue Rags" in 1998 with whom he toured for 5 years and recorded two full-length ablums. He then built a recording studio in [[Asheville]] where he made records for 7 years, and continued to tour with various bands including [[Drugmoney]] and [[Donna the Buffallo]].
