The Rajasthan WikiProject is a group of Wikipedians dedicated to improving Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to the Indian State of Rajasthan. Purpose of creation of this project is twofold:

• improve Wikipedia's coverage of Rajasthan by creating, expanding, and maintaining factual articles,
• to serve as the point of discussion for issues related to Rajasthan in Wikipedia.

Scope

The scope of this article fundamentally is loosely defined as all articles and sections relating to Rajasthan. Almost all of these will be (eventually) categorised under Category:Rajasthan and Category:India

Goals

1. Creation of a generally standard look and feel for all Rajasthan-related articles.
2. To produce as many Featured Articles as possible related to Rajasthan.
3. To produce as many Good Articles as possible related to Rajasthan.
4. To write as many Did you know articles as possible related to Rajasthan.
5. Rajasthan-related Tourist Attractions to be given more importance and it should be improved with suitable images of the places, since these articles will be read by many from outside India. Those who read about Rajasthan should have the feeling that they should visit Rajasthan and India.
