In 2007, Eleonora Buratto debuted as Musetta in La Bohéme during “Adriano Belli” contest at Teatro Lirico Sperimentale Spoleto and she won.Then in 2009 Eleonora Buratto, directed by Riccardo Muti, debuted in "Demofoonte" by Jommelli at Salzburg Festival in the role of Creusa , then at Opera Garnier Paris and at the Ravenna Festival.

In 2013 she was Norina in Don Pasquale at Teatro Real Madrid and Teatro dell’Opera in Rome then she sang in Mass in B minor by J.S. Bach under the direction of Riccardo Muti.
In 2014 she had the role of Amelia singing at Teatro dell’ Opera Rome, then at Teatro Bunka Kaikan Tokio again directed by Muti.
At the beginning of 2015 she was Corinna at Dutch National Opera in Il Viaggio a Reims by Rossini: stage director Damiano Michieletto and music director Stefano Montanari.
Directed by Zubin Mehta at Salzburg Festival, she was Nannetta in Falstaff. Then Adina in "Elisir d’amore" at Teatro Real Madrid and Alice in Falstaff at Ravenna Festival.
She sang again in the role of Musetta in La Bohéme at Teatro San Carlo Naples at Montepellier Festival, directed by Gianandrea Noseda at Teatro Regio Torino. Finally, she was in tour in Shangai. Eleonora Buratto was Despina in Così fan tutte at Valencia, Glauce in Medea in Cremona ending in tour in Brescia, Pavia and Como. Directed by Ivor Bolton, she was Susanna in "Le nozze di Figaro" at Mahon and Madrid. She sang Cleopatra in Giulio Cesare by Haendel in Modena, with the Accademia Bizantina by Ottavio Dantone. She was Echo in Ariadne auf Naxos directed by Daniel Harding at Salzburg Festival and finally Euridice in Orfeo ed Euridice by Gluck at Montpellier Opera.
Eleonora Buratto upcoming roles are: Liù, Alice, Contessa, Adina, Michaela, Mimì and Norina. She will be directed, among others, by Riccardo Muti and Nello Santi in important theatres either in Europe and America (Opera Roma, San Carlo Napoli, Ravenna Festival, Teatro alla Scala Milano, Opera Chicago with the Chicago Simphony Orchestra).

Eleonora Buratto (born 1982) is an Italian soprano opera singer. She is a graduate of the Conservatorio Lucio Campiani [it], the conservatory of Mantua, the city of her birth.[1]

Her 2016 Metropolitan Opera debut as Norina in Donizetti's Don Pasquale was well received.[3][4][5]
