I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. WTC Location

"Avis Rent A Car had a rental car counter in the North Tower of the World Trade Center." I have removed this section from the end of this history section. It seems out of place and is not particularly relevant to the history of the company. (75.50.101.192 (talk) 00:26, 28 November 2007 (UTC))

Logo

Cultural references

Maybe a cultural references section with mention of the Krill "Avis" deity in The Orville. The similarity of the names was pointed out by Lt. Gordon Malloy, disguised as a Krill, who used "We try harder" in a mealtime prayer. 38.21.221.73 (talk) 15:00, 28 July 2021 (UTC)
