The '''Extra Channel''' is a private regional television station [[Attica]] s based in [[Peristeri]]. It belongs to the Extra Communication Technology Limited Company (EXCOM AE) former '''Orthopliroforiki SA (Channel 40)'''.

== History ==
The station was established in 1990 from political [[Vassilis Leventis]] and was called ''Channel 67''. First name, took her by the 67 UHF channel from which the station broadcast from the broadcast center of Parnithas. To program the station was mostly music with political programs of Vassilis Leventis and there were environmental emissions. ==Program==
An important part of the program occupy informational, recreational and sports programs, telemarketing and foreign films. Formerly included in the package of [[NOVA Greece]]. Later emitted always free to the satellite '''Hot Bird''' for [[Europe]], the [[Asia]], the [[Middle East]] and a part of [[Africa|North Africa]] and there is a specially designed satellite program for expatriates in [[Oceania]].
