Barangay Dolo(Poblacion)<ref name=CBMS>{{cite journal|last1=MPDC|first1=LGU San Jose|title=CBMS Barangay Profile|date=2014}}</ref> is classified as a rural place. It has a total land area of 317.14 hectare and generally described as plain and coastal. It is bounded in the north by Brgy. Minoro, south by Brgy. Manzana, east by Brgy. Sabang (Lagonoy Gulf), and in the west by Brgy. Kinalansan. Its major sources of livelihood is agriculture (farming, nipa weaving and nipa cart vending), employment with both the public and private enterprises/establishments. It has a total population of 2,034; with 420 households, 477 families and 1,108 registered voters. |

The elected barangay officials are as follows: Ramon A. Conde Sr.-Punong Barangay and the Barangay Councilors are: Nelson C. Oco, Norman O. Payong, Ricky S. Froyalde, Eddie Jose I. Arevalo, Amalio B. Lumbria, Eduardo D. Obias, and Jose O. Payong. The appointed barangay secretary and treasurer are: Marly B. San Buenaventura and Jennifer P. Lumbria, respectively. The number of barangay personnel include 15 barangay tanod, 6 barangay health workers, 1 Nutrition Scholar, 6 Purok/Zone Leaders, 1 Librarian, 2 Day Care Workers, and 1 Utility Worker. |
