The aionline source actually doesn't say that the ex-UAE aircraft are AT-802U - it says that they are "Air Tractor AT-802-based Block 1 and 2 Border Patrol Aircraft supplied by Iomax". There is an article in February's Air International (* Ayton, Mark. "Archangel: Crop Duster to Tank Buster". Air International, Vol. 92, No. 2, February 2017. pp. 24–33. 0306-5634.) which states that these were modified by IOMAX from normal AT-802 aircraft "and not from AT-802U as widely reported elsewhere".Nigel Ish (talk) 12:08, 25 February 2017 (UTC) |

There seems to be conflicting sources in the Future aircraft section, specifically on the MiG-35 and Su-35 deals. For the part that says 50 MiG-35 were ordered, it lacks the source (which is on the MiG-35 page), however there are contentions that this was in fact just the EAF's MiG-29M/M2 order as they are very similar, if not the same aircraft. I haven't been able to properly review these on my own so if someone with more direct knowledge on the EAF could look into that section that would be very helpful. We should also be careful about the people coming in here with the sole purpose of making the EAF seem much stronger than it actually is without using sources. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ironarcher13 (talk • contribs) 13:47, 10 September 2020 (UTC) |

: Hello, just wanted to give my reasoning for reverting your second addition to the TAI F-16 production. I think the current 1 sentence gives the reader a good idea of what occurred, and then the ability to continue researching it themselves, but the second addition is overly detailed for this type of section, especially as it is written like its a new occurrence, when in fact those F-16s were assembled in the 90's. If you want to give more information on how some of Egypt's F-16 fleet were actually constructed by TAI, I recommend adding a segment to the first part of the Aircraft section, as this would make a lot more sense and not clog up the inventory section. Hopefully this conflict can be ended soon. Ironarcher13 (talk) 13:37, 24 September 2020 (UTC) |

In the list of aircraft table, it said that Egypt has 5 Su-35 in service. However, the receiving of Su-35 by Egypt would be a secret between them and Russia. That's why media sources were very silent after the first 5 fighters arrived in Egypt. But then, came this website from 'Bmpd Livejournal' website, which is a Russian one. The article had a paragraph that said the aircraft the Russians had exported to different countries. This paragraph said that in 2020, the Russian defense industry exported 22 Su-35 to the Egyptian air force. So far, Bmpd livejournal didn't publish any updates on the Su-35 contract. By we know that Egypt received 22 Su-35 fighters. I edited the amount with the sources, but the edit got canceled after a couple hours. If you are having trouble finding the paragraph, just click the 3 dots and click 'Find in page'. Then write "22 Su", and right away it will tell you that 22 Su-35 fighters had been delivered to Egypt. I will edit again, and add source.
