Kearney Inc. as director in their New Delhi office.

They also have 6 dogs: B.Eagle (a beagle), Mocha (a chocolate labrador), Toy and Poodle (both apricot coloured toy poodles) who live in New Delhi along with Duke (a white labrador) and Oreo (a French bull) who live in Dallas, Texas.

He received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in 1981 and subsequently his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta 1983.
