Harvey Dwight Kinkle is a character in the Archie Comics series Sabrina the Teenage Witch. Harvey is the primary romantic love interest of Sabrina Spellman who he has an on-again, off-again relationship with. Like nearly all the other mortals in Sabrina's life, he is unaware that his girlfriend is a witch, however, in almost all adaptations he discovers and accepts Sabrina's secret while the Witch Council or her aunts, Hilda and Zelda Spellman, oppose their relationship. He is the only character besides Sabrina, Hilda, Zelda, and Salem to appear in every single Sabrina adaptation since its inception in the Archie Comics.

Harvey's best known portrayal was in the sitcom Sabrina the Teenage Witch and was portrayed by Nate Richert.
Harvey is set to appear in the upcoming Riverdale spinoff on Netflix based on the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and will be played by Ross Lynch.
