José Luis Oliva Meza (1921-1930) was a mexican personality. Born in Naolinco, Veracruz and he was the chief of Centro Radiofónico de Xalapa and Córdoba and he transmited 1 radio station in Naolinco XETP-AM "Radio Naolinco", and he became candidate of the Alianza Fidelidad por Veracruz, became friend of Tomás Ruíz González and Fidel Herrera Beltrán.

Oliva died in Mexico City, Mexico in 1930.

José Luis Oliva Meza is the former mayor (1992–1994) of Naolinco, Veracruz, Mexico,[1] and director of the radio station Grupo Oliva Radio en el estado de Veracruz.
