Fair use rationale for Image:Quagmire 3x22.jpg
[edit]Image:Quagmire 3x22.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

I added the bit about it also being shot around Pitt Lake. I grew up in Port Coquitlam and spent a lot of time around both lakes used in the episode. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.17.193.136 (talk) 21:02, 26 November 2011 (UTC)

- Infobox: Add "running time" to the infobox
- Lede: Episode overall in the first sentence
- Lede: Link "Nielsen household rating" to Nielsen ratings
- Lede: people → viewers
- Reception: Ratings header then Critical response header
- Reception: Not all reviews were so glowing → Not all reviews were postive. — Glowing sound like ad
- External links: "Quagmire" on The X-Files official website → "Quagmire" at TheXFiles.com

- Alright, I believe I've addressed all the issues. Thank you for another GA review!--Gen. Quon (talk) 03:04, 5 June 2012 (UTC)
Nicole Parker
[edit]I removed the link from actress Nicole Parker because the actress who guest stared in this episode (as well as "War of the Coprophages") is actually a different Nicole Parker who unfortunately does not have an article as of yet. Elnauron (talk) 00:10, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
Heuvelmans Lake
[edit]Has anyone else noticed the startling resemblance between the name of the lake in this episode and that of noted cryptozoologist Bernard Heuvelmans? I wonder if they are by any chance related? Srsly, worth mentioning? Mr Larrington (talk) 16:26, 3 October 2014 (UTC)
Wooden leg reference
[edit]Lowry's just plain wrong; the wooden leg reference is not to the book "Games People Play," it's a reference to Ahab from "Moby Dick." I'm sorry but you really don't even need a reference for that one; it's that clear. Remember that there's many references to the novel in the episode and Scully even calls Mulder "Ahab" at one point. It's an obvious thing. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.197.52.34 (talk) 14:50, 17 August 2015 (UTC)
