Harriet Tubman's Suffragist Activism

Harriet Tubman was a noted attendant at the Second Convention for the National Association of Colored Women held at Quinn Chapel, 24th Street and Wabash Avenue, Chicago, Ill., August 14th, 15th, and 16th, 1899. Listed in the minutes of that Convention on page 22 paragraph 5 is Harriet Tubman's offer of 25 acres of land to be donated to the National Association of Colored Women.

Both numbers are cited to [[Kate Larson]]'s 2004 biography of Tubman.
