A lot of this needs to be cleaned up in light of the 7:30 report on 26th August 2008, re-cutting of previous year profits, potential over-paying for assets and treatment of revenue. No doubt will change rapidly as court cases etc progress.

Excellent work. There needs to be something about the current controversy in which ABC is claiming that the Victorian state government has no right to supervise standards of care in ABC centres. Adam 04:08, 13 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. I have a link from Queensland about licensing there Courier Mail and also a case in Supreme Court The Age and The ABC but I don't really understand why they'd be fined and why they'd appeal a $200 fine anyway. I hope someone else knows more. AChan 05:30, 13 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
