I suspect that user Outlander07 (talk · contribs) is currently editing log out in 2409: 4073: 31C: E2E9: C9EE: 7661: E655: 345F ip. Sometimes they are using a different network or other phone. I suspect he is the same person anyway. This user has previously done the same edit on the Panicker page on the ip.

It is clear that oulander07 is being edited with a specific caste in mind. The same is done on the kalarippayattu page in the ip and with the username outlander07.

This guy is maybe operating from diffrent devices to be not caught, maybe one for his own account Outlander07 (talk · contribs) and other for logged out sock ip editing. 117.221.188.173 (talk) 16:08, 31 July 2021 (UTC)

• The 3 reported IPs are on a /37 alongside about 100 million other people. Nothing in the diffs draws any kind of link between Outlander and the IPs, and behaviourally I feel that they are actually quite different (E.g. the edit summaries in [11][12]). I have also had a brief look through the remainder of the range and the relevant pages and there is no connection to Outlander that leaps out, and therefore I feel the allegations of sockpuppetry cannot be substantiated. In relation to the repeated baseless allegations of sockpuppetry made toward Outlander (both here and at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Rabt man over the last 24 hours, the reporting IPs are on a /14 so a straight rangeblock to knock this on the head for a bit (were anybody so inclined) is out of the question and I'm not sure anything more targeted would be of much use. So from a sockpuppetry perspective I think this SPI can be closed with no action, although should further baseless reports be made then a few targeted blocks of the reporters might not go astray. --Jack Frost (talk) 06:08, 1 August 2021 (UTC)
• Comment I got canvassed to this discussion by 106.208.10.29 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) via my talk page; this IP seemingly geolocates to an unknown place in Kerala near Ernakulam (though WHOIS claims Pānīpat, Haryana), while the nominator geolocates to Kozhikode, Kerala about 150 kilometres (93 mi) north. They also suggested that Rabt man (talk · contribs) might be connected:

In 2016, user Rebtman (talk · contribs)[13]was a user with the same personality. It was blocked by the Nair caste editor in the past.[14]It is an old user but may have come back years later. Even though the old user block has been found, a very similar edit method can be found between them. Now Outlander07 is doing destruction and other caste edits on many ips, the same edits are [15][16][17] and rebtman did the same here [18][19]. one of which is ip. Outlander07 Sock currently has a page to check.[20] Would you like to give a sock after reading the user history of Outlander07?

I foresee the chance of new SP allegations against me in the coming days. I have a list of IP ranges used by the same guy or his team for the caste promotion who initiated the investigation. Can have a detailed check if it helps.
