On 3 October 2021 a Romanian private jet crashed into a building in Milan, Italy. All eight occupants of the aircraft were killed.

Incident

At 13:03 CET on 3 October 2021,[1] a small private plane carrying two crew and six passengers,[2] departed Milan's Linate Airport destined for Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport on Sardinia.[3] At 13:12,[4] it crashed into a building near San Donato station in San Donato Milanese, killing all eight occupants.[5]

Aircraft

The aircraft was a Pilatus PC-12 carrying the registration YR-PDV.[3][1] It was registered in Romania, and arrived in Milan from Romania on 30 September 2021 and carrying Romanian citizens on it.[4]
