I think I have a decent grasp of notability and I've created a number of featured articles, good articles, and DYKs (two were later deleted, rightly, on notability grounds, but they're the exception rather than the rule). To help reduce the workload at New page patrol, I request autopatrolled rights. I already created 523 articles, most of the redirs and disambiguations, but also much more than 25 "real" articles. Only few of them have been deleted, mostly because the target of a redir has been deleted (like Uchikoma) or sometimes I made spelling errors (like Fleischmann and Bloedel instead of Fleischmann & Bloedel which I myself requested for deletion).
