Interests

As a former runner, I've had extensive experience with Iliotibial_Band_Syndrome.

Now a resident of Windsor,_Vermont.

I'm a long-time volunteer with Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports (aka VASS), a non-profit organization that provides sports and recreational opportunities to people with disabilities. I mostly teach mono-skiing and bi-skiing, two forms of sit-down skiing for those who can't stand up to ski. Vermont Adaptive's website is: Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports.
