Eliana Ramos (born c. 1988 – died February 13, 2007 - also known as Elle Ramos) was a Uruguayan fashion model.

On February 13, 2007, Eliana Ramos was found dead at her grandparent's home in the Uruguayan capital Tuesday. Preliminary examinations indicated sudden death caused by malnutrition but while no medical report was immediately released after Eliana's death, Judge Roberto Timbal indicated that she had died of a heart attack.
