a road junction?

According this article; "Quarter 95 or Gorkogo Square is a road junction and ..." - when I follow the interwiki i get to uk:Площа Горького (Кривий Ріг) which indeed describes a place but one of the center of Quarter 95. So Quarter 95 is not the same as Gorkogo Square. And on uk Quarter 95 has its own article: uk:95 квартал (місцевість у Кривому Розі).
