Welcome to the Latin American Highways task force of WikiProject Highways. This task force covers the major pan-national, national and sub-national Latin American and Caribbean highway systems and components. Highways in Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands are in the scope of the US Roads WikiProject.

MOPT GeoPortal GIS (in Spanish, but easy to navigate) from the Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes, provides a very basic Geographic Information System using an OpenStreetMap base layer with a National Road Network layer on top. This is the official and up to date map of routes for the country (August 2020).
