Mr. Bates copy-pasted an entire macedonian folk song called "Zajdi, zajdi jasno sonce" composed by late Aleksandar Sarievski, famous folk singer from Macedonia. This song has by now gained the status of a traditional folk song among the macedonian people. It is very poor that mr.Bates only changed the title to "Message to the Queen". This really questiones his composer skills and imagination. |

300 Soundtrack Controversy
300's soundtrack borrowed many elements from Elliot Goldenthal's 1999 soundtrack for Titus, which caused some controversy in the film composer community.[1] [2] [3] 300's "Remember Us" is identical in parts to the end of Titus's "Finale". Also similar is 300's "Returns A King" to Titus's "Victorius Titus".[4]
Other similarities have been found throughout the films' scores.
