The Limousin horse was a French breed of horse.[1] It is now extinct. It comes from the region of Limousin of France. The foundation was of French native mares and then bred with English Thoroughbreds, and an obvious sprinkle physical sprinkle of Arabian Blood. This breed is the most influential in creating the Selle Français.
