The Defenders and the Great Brain

Does this actually exist? I have the Brain 17 tape, but I have never seen a tape of it called The Defenders and the Great Brain. Can someone verify this with at least an image? If it does exist, is this one of those cases where there are two releases under different names and one release is short like the difference between Spacefortress Macross and Macross in Clash of the Bionoids and the difference between Phoenx 2772 and Space Firebird?
