Somebody constantly keeps deleting the info that other people upload. I took the time to find the official chart websites, even took screenshots and uploaded them to the discussion page, all in vain. Please help me someone if you can or at least link me to a page that can tell me how to protect an article from vandalism.

:Hi, the obvious way is to watch the page to revert the vandalism. You can warn the user vandalizing the page and if he doesn't stop, you can ask him to be banned. Most times, we don't protect the pages. See Wp:vandalism. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. I'm so sorry for being so dumb, but I don't really see how to put a page on protection. I am talking about this page:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B'Day

Somebody constantly keeps deleting the info that other people upload. I took the time to find the official chart websites, even took screenshots and uploaded them to the discussion page, all in vain. Please help me someone if you can or at least link me to a page that can tell me how to protect an article from vandalism.

Hi, the obvious way is to watch the page to revert the vandalism. You can warn the user vandalizing the page and if he doesn't stop, you can ask him to be banned. Most times, we don't protect the pages. See Wp:vandalism. Hope I have been useful :) -- lucasbfr talk 00:50, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
