I am sorry I do not remember that. But I looked at the edit history and saw the ip was taking advantage of the fact that we wait for a few instances of vandalism before blocking. IRI, again

Hi, I took a look at the article. The vandalism, as of now, seems like a one-off incident. Thats why I am not doing anything for now. Since the user is not active now, warning wont be of any effect. If he restarts, warn him with an immediate level 4 warning. If he still doesnt stop let me know (or if I am not online at that time, report to AIV).
