Randy Fullmer is an American special effects animator and film producer. Fullmer was head of special effects on Disney's Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King, and later went on to produce The Emperor's New Groove and Chicken Little. He is also the co-producer of Pirates of the Caribbean with James Pentecost, and Phantom Manor with Thomas Schumacher. He studied animation at the California Institute of the Arts.
