Shouldn't telcel be listed too as a cellular provider in mexico?

TelMex shouldn't be listed as a mobile provider because it isn't. TelCel is a subsidiary of Grupo Carso which provides mobile telephony in México. América Móvil is another subsidiary of Grupo Carso, which operates in several central american and south american countries.

On a side note, TelMex is not authorized and does not offer IPTV, and certainly won't in the near future because of anti-trust issues.

I've cleaned this up quite a bit. I would appreciate it if someone could check the facts, though; I didn't change much in terms of the facts presented. --Maw 22:57, 27 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
