Dirty limerick?
[edit]Does anyone have evidence that the limerick predates the episode, or if so, is well-known enough that this reference might be intentional? It's a hell of a coincidence if one didn't inspire the other, but I've never heard it. Twin Bird 17:25, 1 September 2006 (UTC)

Character debuts

As the article states, this was the first full length episode of the Simpsons to be produced (even though it was the thirteenth episode to be shown). NIST91 05:14, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
