State Route 165 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Nevada, connecting U.S. Highway 95 to Nelson along Nelson Road. Until the 1976 renumbering, SR 165 was one leg of the three-pronged State Route 60, defined by 1941. The other legs, unnumbered since 1976, ran east from Nelson to the Colorado River and southwest from Nelson to US 95 via Nelson Cutoff Road.[2]
