Dara Jensen was a fictional character on the popular ABC soap opera, General Hospital. Hee was played by actress Vanita Harbour, who began playing the part from 1996 to 2000 and again briefly in 2003.

An ace prosecutor, the district attorney of Port Charles is called upon time and again to reevaluate not only her job but also the very definitions of right and wrong.
In 1996, Dara prosecuted Laura Spencer for the murder of Damian Smith, never realizing that the real culprit was defense attorney Justus Ward.
Later, Dara questioned Justus' motives when he gave up his practice to become a corporate attorney for his newly discovered grandfather, Edward Quartermaine.
That same year, Dara endeavored to put Dr. Kevin Collins behind bars for his stalking of Felicia Jones.
