Alphonsus Celestine Edmund Cassell MBE (born 16 November 1954, Montserrat, West Indies) is a soca musician who performs under the stage name Arrow.

One of his most well-known songs is "Hot Hot Hot" (1982) - later covered by David Johansen in his Buster Poindexter alter ego. Although native to Montserrat (and most famous representative of its music) Arrow attributes his success to his time in Antigua, and time spent with Antiguan bands such as Burning Flames.

Arrow continues to be much in demand in the Caribbean, and most recently performed at the Cricket World Cup 2007 opening ceremonies with Shaggy, Byron Lee and Kevin Lyttle.
