Born August 23, 1976 in Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Moved to Albemarle, North Carolina in 1980. Moved to Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County, Georgia in 1982. Moved to Spring Mount, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania in 1988. Moved to Simi Valley, Ventura County, California in 1990. First liver transplant at UCLA Medical Center on April 20, 1997, failed due to chronic transplant rejection. Second liver transplant on June 6, 2002. Undergoing hemodialysis and awaiting kidney transplantation as of last edit.
