Neutrality

The focus of Communist connections to the strikers in this article vs the collaboration of the RCMP and the Northwest Imperial Mining Company as well as the use of the word riot rather than strike to me seems to unfairly emphasize the actions of the strikers. This is why I flagged it for Neutrality.
