Mountain Live: The Road Goes Ever On is the fourth album by the hard rock band, Mountain. As Mountain broke up in mid-1972 with Leslie West and Corky Laing forming West, Bruce and Laing, this album was compiled from old and new live material by Windfall Records to put new Mountain product out during their "hiatus" (Mountain would reform again in mid-1973).
