Mr Rosenburg --

Should you have provided recent funding for Yellowpages.com, the transaction is not truthful. Should you wish to confirm the purchase of the name from the NIC in April, 1996 and the progress of the company until the sale to AT&T -- please contact me. Khalilli cannot place his name into corporate history, in the state of Nevada and Delaware, at will and make false claims.

The website, company and trademark name was owned by C. Ronald Oister, Dane Madsen and Bill Povondra from 1996 to 2004 and AT&T now owns all of the above.

I have been informed that the history of YellowPages.com is being altered. I am one of the founding members that funded the purchase of YellowPages.com on behalf of multiple entrepreneurs. I have never heard of Ronald Oister. Either the truth must be promoted or no personal names can appear. A person should not be able to alter history with the stroke of a mouse.
