I have been informed that the history of YellowPages.com is being altered. I am one of the founding members that funded the purchase of YellowPages.com on behalf of multiple entrepreneurs. I have never heard of Ronald Oister. Either the truth must be promoted or no personal names can appear. A person should not be able to alter history with the stroke of a mouse. |

Should you wish to confirm the purchase of the name from the NIC in April, 1996 and the progress of the company until the sale to AT&T -- please contact me. Khalilli cannot place his name into corporate history, in the state of Nevada and Delaware, at will and make false claims. |

The website, company and trademark name was owned by C. Ronald Oister, Dane Madsen and Bill Povondra from 1996 to 2004 and AT&T now owns all of the above. |

I have been informed that the history of YellowPages.com is being altered. I am one of the founding members that funded the purchase of YellowPages.com on behalf of multiple entrepreneurs. I have never heard of Ronald Oister. Either the truth must be promoted or no personal names can appear. A person should not be able to alter history with the stroke of a mouse.
