Song |
Aún Asi Te Vas is the third single released by the Mexican electronic-pop music band Belanova, from their album Cocktail.
The song was released to radio stations in June 2004, during a period of high sales for the album thanks to the popularity of the second single, Suele Pasar. Its popularity with Mexican radio and the August 2004 release of the music video (directed by Studio Monitor) helped Aún Así Te Vas reach number-twelve on the Mexican Top 100 Singles Chart.
Aún Así Te Vas was picked as the official third single from the album Cocktail. However, Universal Music Mexico decided to promote only two singles simultaneously and released Y... in July, 2004 as a radio single only.
Aún Así Te Vas entered the Mexican Digital Sales Chart in 2006 at number seventy-five and peaked at number sixty-eight, spending two weeks in the Top 100, later that year the live duet with Brian Amadeus also made it to the chart.
Music Video
Directed by Studio Monitor, Aún Así Te Vas was filmed in Mexico City and used special effects and graphic design. The video premiered in August, 2004 on the Mexican channel Telehit. The video reached number-eight on MTV Mexico's "Los 10 + Pedidos", number-fifteen on the Top 20, number-three on Telehit's Top Ten, and number-five on VH1's Top 20.
