Conflict of Interest - are you talking about the way I vote during elections? I'm neither Jewish or Muslim. Sorry for not knowing that much about technology. `24.77.37.48 (talk) 20:52, 13 April 2008 (UTC)

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you!<!-- Template:Tilde --> --SineBot (talk) 20:45, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Naomi Klein do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: 'youtube\.com' (link(s): http://youtube.com/watch?v=NS0lVVpXjn0 http://youtube.com/watch?v=bVJm0UNcV7g http://youtube.com/watch?v=ehMB8pl5a1s http://youtube.com/watch?v=rzGz6f5Vo-M) . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. an image or a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thorougly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creators copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest). Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! Ok, I will just put links in talk section so others can decide if they are appropriate or, who have knowledge of technology, can do the fancy stuff. The difference between a link and a citation is very fussy. You don't have a citation then it gets deleted. Whether Klein and Lewis are members of the The Alliance of Concerned Jewish Canadians (ACJC) or Klein just spoke on their behalf is important because it relates to the whole debate Avi had with Ali over whether Islamophobia does or does not exist. For that reason alone, the topic should not be deleted. It also answers the question about whether Naomi Klein is or is not Jewish because she was introduced as a "Jewish woman."

What is the specific rule on cross linking between different Wikipedia pages?

Is Wikipedia a one stop place where you go when you want information on a person or is it limited (you seem to be telling me that it's limited). Looked at the rule and it said nothing about something posted on you tube as the original source (ie if the person who owns it put it up).

Probably best if I stick to talk unless there is a glaring inconsistency - and focus more on putting information in talk. I don't word well enough any more anyway. Problem solved.

PS. Is there some other symbol you can use that is more in the middle of the keyboard - I have to pull out the shelf to get at those 24.77.37.48 (talk) 20:40, 13 April 2008 (UTC) things and, if I am feeling even a little bit dizzy, that is frustrating trying to locate the button. !!!20:40, 13 April 2008 (UTC)~[reply]

I have never ever put spam any place on the internet because I have no interest in selling anything or leading someone any place where they would need to spend money. I don't even own a credit card and believe strongly those who do online and telephone banking are risking their financial future. So you don't every have to worry about me spamming. I am only interested in the integrity of information and letting people decide things for themselves. 24.77.37.48 (talk) 20:46, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
