Fight on par with Ulquiorra?
I got rid of that line as frankly it's very misleading and makes Grimmjow seem stronger than he actually is - beating someone who wasn't serious with a sneak attack shouldn't be mentioned amongst his abilities. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.102.91.103 (talk) 11:57, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
- And I suppose we are allowed to say he was being serious but Ulquiorra wasnt? Both were using their fists and Grimmjow subdued Ulquiorra. End. Putting it back. 209.83.240.60 (talk) 17:16, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
- Agree, to say that Ulquiorra wasn't being serious and Grimmjow was is complete original research. StardustDragon 23:39, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
First of all we dont know that Ulquiorra was not taking him seriously so please do not put it down it is misleading after all, and second even if grimmjow was making a sneak attack against Ulquiorra the cero blast that Grimmjow used did not do anything(in which Grimmjow knew it was not enough to do any damage). This makes Grimmjow's attack a way for Ulquiorra to get enranged. And finally if you want to know the quote i made but how it was said in the actual series here it is! anime:deflected it eh?It makes sence that you would'nt go down so quickly manga:hah!so you deflected it.I guessed that one shot would not be enough.AND ALSO Grimmjow seems pretty confident about him and Ulquiorra Grimmjow E6 (talk) 03:51, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
- Grimmjow did not fight on par with and subdue Ulquiorra. He used that Negacion thing to trap him. The line is misleading because there is no evidence of Grimmjow being able to fight on par with Ulquiorra. The only indicator would be their common opponent Ichigo. He could barely touch Ulquiorra in an unreleased state, yet was able to defeat Grimmjow in his released state. This would indicate that he cannot fight on par with Ulquiorra. So I think the line should be removed. HoBoSlayerX (talk) 07:02, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
- Forgive me if I'm wrong, but didn't Ichigo get stronger in between the fight with Ulquiorra and Grimmjow, because he could maintain his vizard form for much much longer? And forgive me if I'm wrong, but if Grimmjow takes Ulquiorra out of the picture so that he can fight Ichigo, whether he uses the Caja Negacion or not, isn't that "subduing" him? In Response...
Actually, that was before we ever knew of the espada, and he did indeed "assemble" them shortly after. --69.158.165.201 21:58, 7 October 2006 (UTC)
- What discussion did you mean for this to go under? StardustDragon 22:07, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
Yes what is this new section for?If this is not relevant to anything it has to be taken down srry.Grimmjow E6 (talk) 14:59, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
Zanpakutou Color
This is something I noticed, but the coloring of his zanpakutou sheath is different in almost every medium: the anime depicts it as light blue, the manga shows it as a deep blue, while the games depict it as white. I think it might be significant to state these changes, ya? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.188.35.2 (talk) 04:55, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
What sheath? 207.80.142.5 (talk) 14:15, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
grimmjow sword/zanpaktou color but first, please tell me: why did you not know what he/she was tallking about?Grimmjow E6 (talk) 14:59, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
Zanpaktou's Name Origin
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hollow_%28song%29 The coincidence seems a bit to great, I think this might be added somewhere.Gnave (talk) 00:29, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
- Actually it does seem like a coincidence to me. Maybe it's not, but overall the name Pantera matches the trend of other arrancar zanpakutō naming. Besides, out of all hollows that were revealed so far, why Grimmjow? -- Ynhockey (Talk) 18:13, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
- I remember reading somewhere that each Bleach character is associated with some songs. Grimmjow was originally associated with Slipknot (as seen in the shape of the sword guard). Associate him with Pantera, the other famous metal fan, is not out of question. 75.156.106.105 (talk) 08:33, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
The true meaning of Desgarrón
I think the true meaning of desgarrón implies the idea of big, not just a tear because the sufix -ón means bigger in Spanish, so it shouldn't be considered just as tear, big tear is more exact.
Desgarron means slash in spanish —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.189.215.119 (talk) 20:35, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
HAIR
Now its time for a real discussion! Grimmjow hair was first dark blue when first introduced to the time he went back to hueco mundo but it suddenly turned light blue. could this be a HUGE refference to Gamma Akutabi?Grimmjow E6 (talk) 04:13, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
- That was because it was night-time. References to Gamma are out of the question until Kubo says it's for real. StardustDragon 23:35, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
